| Sub-lease Space Area is approximately 11.5 x 18 feet, (207sq feet), has track lighting and a separate entrance may be possible. If you would also need an office space, or art studio, we may be able to arrange that too. These would be upstairs. I am thinking an art related business would be the best bet, i.e. scrapbooking, stamping, or craft supplies. But I imagine a small nail salon or office business would work too. |
